Today, I’ll share with you a very simple life hack that will instantly help lift your mood…
⭐️ When you’re not feeling emotionally well (feeling down, for example), write a list of 5–10 things you are grateful for.
⭐️It doesn’t matter what it is! It could be as simple as a piece of chocolate eaten before bedtime.
⭐️ Additionally, if you tend to dwell on negative moments, start trying to find the positive aspects in them.
⭐️ The brain can be programmed for any emotion, so it’s important to take advantage of that.
