Chi Gong and Tai Chi class every Thursday, starting June 7th. 5-6

This is a FREE open class for everybody, all levels are welcome.

Location: At Harbor Point, Stamford, in the middle of the greens where the small fountain is. Its on the left if you drive towards Point.

There is also free parking on right, before the greens, short less than 5 minutes walk will be needed to get to the center of greens.

The best address to find park is 100 Commons Park South (though there is no official address for the park). However, if you are using a GPS the easiest address is probably 101 Commons Park South (which is a building right across the street from the park).

So going towards Harbor Point park will be on the left, parking free too is just before park on the left on the right.

Lotus Yoga Arts
Chair yoga is accessible and gentle and is practiced sitting in or standing by a chair for support. The beauty of the practice is learning poses that you can do at any time to help calm, focus your mind, reduce stress, and strengthen your body.  If you can breathe, you can do yoga!

Qigong Healing – moving meditation
Qigong Healing is an ancient Chinese form of energy medicine that helps facilitate balance and inner peace through the energy systems involved with physical, emotional, and spiritual levels of our beings.

Reiki, (Traditional and Shamanic)
Reiki is a Japanese method of clearing, balancing, and rejuvenating life-force energy throughout the body.
Reiki is the healing art of encouraging the flow of one’s own energy (universal life force) through the body. Reiki promotes healing on all levels and leaves one feeling relaxed, soothed and with a general sense of wellbeing.
Individual Treatment Session (45-60 minutes) $120

Thai Body Yoga
A delicious blend Restorative Yoga, hands on Thai Body adjustments and Reiki healing. Restorative Yoga is “passive” Yoga where the body is fully supported with blankets, bolsters and blocks in Yoga postures to enhance the flow of prana through specific pathways in the body for nourishment and restoration. Thai body Yoga is a traditional, Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy, hands on energy based, healing art derived from Indigenous, Traditional Thai Medicine.

 Individual Treatment Session (75 minutes): $150

Thai Face Yoga
Your face is made up of over 60 muscles that can be toned in the same way as your body. It is never too late, and you are never to old to tone your face muscles. This service is 30-35 minutes blend of facial exercises, breathing techniques that improve your appearance, with hands on work on your face. The result is the younger, more radiant version of you with glowing skin.

Individual Treatment Session (35 minutes): $75

Reading with I Ching
I Ching is also known as Book of Changes. I use more modern method of coin tosses, which creates Hexagram, which I give interpretation to; while person who receives reading concentrates on one question only. Reading can be done over phone from the comfort of your own space. It is about 15-20 minutes reading and only one question can be asked at the time. Reading helps you to think outside the box, to views strategic decisions and relationships, with more creativity and wisdom.

Individual Session 15-20 minutes: $50
